Start to finish, they are ready in about 15 minutes. You can serve them as a snack or a delicious dessert. This is one of my favorite ways to eat a peach during peach season! Air-fried peaches are so awesome. Let’s get started!

Ingredients

To make this awesome air fryer peach recipe, you need just a few simple ingredients:

  • 2 Ripe Peaches – I usually use yellow peaches, but white peaches will work great too!
  • 3 to 4 Tbsp of Goat Cheese, or use ricotta or cream cheese
  • Honey – I always use honey, but maple syrup is a good alternative.
  • Walnuts – You can also use other nuts like pecans.
  • Fried crispy prosciutto or bacon bits are another good option to try.

Prep the Peaches And Cheese

Hand with a knife cutting around the peach pit in a peach half.

Begin by rinsing and drying the fresh peaches. Then cut them in half and remove the pits.

TIP: If you are having a problem with stuck pits and you can get the juicy peaches apart after slicing them, try this method. Use your knife and slice around the peach’s equator instead of lengthwise. Then twist the bottom half, and it should come right off. Then pull out or dig around the pit with a knife to remove it from the other half. Peach pits can be stubborn sometimes, haha.

Hand slicing goat cheese with a cheese knife.

Remove the goat cheese from its package and slice enough for about 4 Tbsp. It doesn’t need to be exact. You can just tear it apart with your fingers, too; it is fairly crumbly. Of course, if you don’t want to use goat cheese, you can use cream cheese or ricotta cheese as well. Or if you are lactose intolerant or just don’t like cheese, leave it off.

Air Fry those Peaches

Hand drizzling honey on top of peach halves with goat cheese in an air fryer basket.

Now place each half in your air fryer basket. Fill each cavity with goat cheese and mount it up. Then drizzle some honey on top of each one.

Cook at 350°F or 176°C for 8 to 10 minutes until the peaches are nice and soft. The cheese will be melted and lightly golden brown, too.

Finished air fryer peaches on a white plate.

Take the cooked air fryer peaches and place them on a plate. Then add more honey on top of the peach and walnuts for a little crunch. This recipe is particularly great for underripe peaches.

TIP: You can air fryer the peaches with the walnuts on top as well if you want the nuts toasted. Also, you can add crispy prosciutto like I do in this roasted peaches recipe. Want to have it for dessert, add a scoop of vanilla ice cream too! Enjoy!

How long do air fryer peaches last?

Once cooked, store any leftover peaches in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Eat them cold or reheat in the air fryer for 2 minutes.

Notes

TIP: A little trick to make it easier to get the pit out is to cut the peach around the equator and then twist it to separate the two halves. Use a spoon or knife to dig out the stuck pit in the other half.
NOTE: If you don’t want to use goat cheese, you can try cream cheese or ricotta cheese. Or leave the cheese off altogether if you are lactose intolerant or just don’t like cheese.
