Desserts
I love Desserts. Easy desserts recipes are one of my favorite things to make. Growing up I have fond memories making a variety of desserts with my mom. There was something comforting about coming home from school and either has some homemade treats ready to eat, or my mom about to make treats. Also, I of course always enjoyed eating the cookie dough as well as licking the brownie or cake batter off of the beaters. We really didn’t worry about raw eggs back then, haha.
One of the first things I learned how to make was snickerdoodle cookies in my 8th-grade cooking class. We also learned how to make cinnamon rolls and Dutch Babies. Some of my favorite desserts to eat are homemade Twix bars, homemade peanut butter cups, chocolate tarts, pretty much anything chocolate. I am a bit of a chocolate addict. While I don’t only make easy desserts recipes I try to keep things simple, my main tagline is “If I can do it, you can do it.” So I am always trying to explain things in a way that is easy to understand. And if I do tackle a more challenging dessert I try and break it down into simple and easy steps to follow.
