Breads

I love bread. And love trying out new breads and of course making different types of breads at home is one of my favorite things to make. I still enjoy hand kneading dough. Would you believe I still don’t have a stand mixer with a dough hook? Growing up my mom had a Bosch universal stand mixer that was pretty awesome. It had a bowl and a place to put a blender. We did use that for kneading dough, but I also hand kneaded dough. I have fond memories making cinnamon raisin bread during the holidays and my mom would take the loaves to work and sell them for me.
