If I can do it, you can do it!
What excites me about cooking main dishes? I really enjoy seeing the faces of my friends brighten up as they take a bite of some dish I prepared. When we have been working all day and our bellies are empty, there is nothing quite like a plate of yummy food. I love food and more particularly food that tastes good. It is fun experimenting in the kitchen and coming up with flavor profiles that dance on the palette. I don’t always cook at home though. About once a month I get together with a group of people, “Foodie group”, and eat dinner at some place new. It is a great time for friends to be together enjoy one another’s company and of course eat.
