Cosori Air Fryer Review | TurboBlaze 6.0 Quart

I am super excited to talk about this Cosori Air Fryer. I am a huge fan of air fryers and air frying. It is nice that they are so small and compact and take so much less time to cook food and to preheat than a standard oven. They also use less electricity than a standard electric oven. You don’t have to use as much cooking oil to achieve similar foods as deep frying.

And they are super easy to clean. Much much easier to clean than a large oven. But don’t get me wrong, I still love my oven and use it tons, but the air fryer has its use and gets used quite a bit by me.

Some of my favorite things to do with the air fryer is reheat leftover pizza and leftover French fries in it. Especially day-old French fries, they crisp up so nicely and may just taste even better when they are fresh.

Review of the Cosori TurboBlaze 6 Quart Air Fryer

Time for a review of the Cosori Air Fryer Turbo Blaze 6.0 quart. I will say I love this Cosori Air Fryer. I still have my other Secura air fryer, my trusty air fryer that I’ve had for over five years and used a ton.

But that one was getting older and it’s just a basic air fryer. This new Cosori TurboBlaze 6 Quart Air Fryer is loaded with features. First I really like how large it is. For me six quarts is perfect and still not very heavy at all for its size. It’s a little bit larger than my other one, just barely.

Cosori air fryer crisper plate

The baskets’ square-shaped design is similar with major differences from my old air fryer which is great because I don’t like the circular baskets. The main difference with the basket is the crisper plate. In my old one, it is attached to another basket so you have two baskets one for the crisper plate and then the main one.

In this Cosori Air Fryer, the crisper plate is just a plate with no basket. And you can easily set it in the basket or not use it if you do not want to. It sits higher from the basket so it allows air to go underneath it. It’s a lot better design because it allows better airflow underneath the food you are cooking allowing for a better more even cook.

And it’s easier to clean because it comes apart. Another cool feature is the crisper plate and the basket are both, dishwasher safe. You can put those in the dishwasher if you want. I usually just hand wash them however with hot soapy water.

Cosori air fryer touch screen display

The next feature to highlight, a feature I really love, is the touchscreen display. It is absolutely awesome. Kind of like a big iPad on top of your air fryer. Touchscreen is nothing new and this is not the first air fryer to incorporate one, however, it is drastically different from the simple basic air fryer I was used to which only had two knobs one for time and the other for temperature.

There are 4 different turbo modes that you can use. The turbo mode uses the fastest fan speed. The modes are air fry mode, which I’ll use for air frying, roast mode, broil mode, and frozen mode.

The other cooking functions above are pre-heat, reheat, dry, bake, proof, and warm, which is really cool. Those functions all have variable speeds for the fan. So it’s just not one fan speed like my other air fryer. It has different speeds for the fan depending on what you are cooking. Which helps give you a better cook on the item you are cooking.

I like having the presets! Use the reheat function for reheating food.

If you want to just dry something out, like if you’re gonna make a beef jerky or you’re gonna do like dried fruit, you can do that with the dry mode. Awesome. Something I can’t do with my other air fryer. It just doesn’t have a setting for 135 Fahrenheit in the other air fryer.

The bake mode, the proof mode, so if you want to put your dough in here you could proof your dough for your bread. And then just the warming mode if you want to just keep something warm.

I love these different features and the versatility that they add. I love the nice futuristic touchscreen display. Amazing! Such a nice air fryer. All my future air fryer videos and recipes are going to be done in this air fryer.

Cosori recipe book for the air fryer

Another nice bonus is this air fryer comes with a cool little recipe book with all kinds of different recipes that you can do in the air fryer.

How noisy is it?

It’s not super loud, which is great. It is about half as loud as the other air fryer that I own. Even when my old air fryer was brand new it was still much louder than this Cosori turboblaze air fryer.

There you go. That is a look at the Cosori Turbo Blaze six-quart air fryer. So far it is one of the best air fryers I have used.
