Calling all S’more lovers! If you love S’mores and you love tortillas, you are going to love these air fryer smorritos or S’more burritos! It is such a quick and easy snack to make in the air fryer, or while camping, you can mix things up a bit instead of making classic S’mores.

Ingredients for S’more Burritos

A small cake pan, and packages of tortillas, mini marshmallows, chocolate, and graham crackers on a wooden cutting board.

To make air fryer s’morritos, you need 4 simple ingredients and a few tools/equipment:

  • Graham crackers – or if you can’t find those, use digestive biscuits or something like that.
  • Chocolate – chocolate bars or chocolate chips
  • Marshmallows – Mini, large, or marshmallow creme
  • Flour tortillas – store-bought or homemade tortillas.

How to Make Air Fryer Smorritos

A small bag filled with smashed graham crackers.

Begin by smashing up some graham crackers in a bag, or however you would like to break them up into crumbs or small chunks. Use roughly 1 square of graham cracker per s’morrito you want to make.

A small tortilla lying on a wooden cutting board with chocolate, mini marshmallows, and graham cracker powder.

Now add all the ingredients to the top of a small flour tortilla. I either make them at home or buy the fajita-sized ones. You can use whatever chocolate you want. I usually use two rectangular pieces from a bar or a Tablespoon or so of chocolate chips.

Then add the mini marshmallows, or chunks of large marshmallows, along with a heaping tablespoon or so of graham cracker dust/chunks.

TIP: If you use marshmallow cream, spread some on first before adding the other ingredients.

Cooked air fryer smorritos in a small cake pan being raised by tongs out of the air fryer basket.

Add the burrito s’mores seam side down in a pan that fits in your air fryer basket, or lay down some foil. Use toothpicks to hold them together if they are coming apart.

Then cook in the air fryer at 385F or 195C for about 4 minutes. No need to flip them over or anything like that.

TIP: If you want to cook them in the campfire after you roll them up, make sure to wrap them in foil, then just throw them in the coals for a few minutes.

Remove them and place them on a cutting board or plate for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
