I am not going to lie, I have a sweet tooth. If you follow my YouTube channel, and if you have browsed around here on my website, you can easily tell I like sweet desserts. And I enjoy sharing my love of desserts with you all. No bake desserts are one of my favorite desserts to make so I thought I would put together a collection of some of my favorites I have here.

These no bake dessert recipes are perfect for when you don’t want to turn on the oven, or if you are short on time and need a quick dessert or treat to share. They are all super easy to make, if I can do it, you can do it. Let’s get started!

No Bake Desserts #1: Better Than Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups

I would have to say I think my all-time favorite no-bake dessert is homemade peanut butter cups. These things are so addicting and super tasty. In my opinion, they are much better than Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups. Milk chocolate and peanut butter, oh I man in heaven.

You get to use your favorite chocolate like dark chocolate, semi-sweet chocolate, white chocolate, etc., and create the best peanut butter filling. So the top spot for no-bake recipes for me is peanut butter cups.

Lemon Curd

One of my favorite no bake desserts has got to be this lemon curd recipe. It is the perfect recipe to make if you have a bunch of lemons that you do not know what to do with. It is sweet, bursting with lemon flavor, and silky smooth.

You can eat this delicious dessert plain as is, or fold in some whipped cream and use it as a pastry cream or filling in other desserts. If you like lemon curd, try this recipe.

No Bake Desserts #3: Traditional Fudge

This creamy traditional old-fashioned fudge is my go-to no bake dessert around the holidays. If you are a fudge lover you will love this. It is a little finicky at times to make, but don’t let that stop you, the end result is divine. This recipe has been in my family since the 1950s.

My aunt showed my mom how to make it and in turn, my mom taught me how to make it. Someday when I have kids I will teach them the ways of the fudge. Find this traditional fudge recipe here.

No Bake Cheesecake

Calling all cheesecake lovers! Cheesecake is one of those desserts that can leave you disappointed when spend the time to make it and then it cracks on top. However, with no-bake cheesecake, you don’t have to worry about it cracking.

This no-bake cheesecake recipe is super easy to make and tastes amazing with its graham cracker crust or you can use an oreo crust and cheesecake filling! If you like easy desserts give this one a try.

No Bake Desserts #5: 3-Ingredient Chocolate Ice Cream

I love ice cream and one of my flavors is chocolate. This homemade chocolate ice cream recipe is so easy to make and it only requires 3 ingredients, heavy cream, sweetened condensed milk, and cocoa powder. There are no eggs, no heating anything up, super simple. And the best part is you don’t need an ice cream machine either.

Of course, you can certainly use an ice cream maker if you have one. A classic refreshing dessert for those hot summer days.

If you like fried dough, this recipe is for you! While there is no baking required you will still need to use the stovetop burner to make the dough as well as to heat up the oil for frying.

Churros are one of my favorite things to eat. Cinnamon and sugar covering crispy fried dough with a soft interior, what isn’t to like? Find my homemade churros recipe here. Gluten-free? Find my gluten-free churros recipe here.

No-Bake Chocolate Oatmeal Cookies

I think one of the most popular no-bake desserts here in the States would have to be no-bake chocolate oatmeal cookies. Sometimes just referred to as “no bakes” or just “no bake cookies”. There are a variety of recipes for them but most of them are all pretty similar.

I do mine a little differently than most, I add peanut butter and brown sugar, and to me, they taste better this way, but you really can’t go wrong however you make them.
