How to make Nutella fudge with just 3 ingredients

Bowl of hot sweetened condensed milk on a counter next to a bowl of chocolate chips.

Begin by heating up your sweetened condensed milk really hot. Pour it into a microwave-safe bowl and heat on high for around 2 1/2 minutes. Alternatively, you can pour it into a medium pot and heat it up on a stovetop burner, it will take longer probably 5 to 10 minutes to get it nice and bubbling hot.

Once you have heated up that sweetened condensed milk, add all of your chocolate and press it down until it is covered. Just let it sit for 4 to 5 minutes undisturbed.

Warm Nutella fudge in a medium glass bowl on a white counter.

Next, add the Nutella and stir it all together. It will get pretty thick and resemble very thick frosting or brownie batter. It may not seem very smooth at first, but keep stirring with a sturdy spatula or wooden spoon and it will get smooth.

Add the hot Nutella fudge to a pan lined with parchment paper or wax paper. You can also just spray the pan with cooking spray or wipe it with oil or shortening. I prefer the paper because the fudge comes out so much easier after it sets.

Set Nutella fudge in a pan.

Once you spread out the fudge, place the pan in the fridge and let it chill for 1 to 2 hours until set.

Now all you need to do is remove the fudge from the pan and cut it into squares. Heat your knife with hot water then dry it off and cut, if you are having trouble with the knife sticking, you can also rub the knife with a little oil as well.

Serve that fudge! This makes an excellent gift for the neighbors, especially during the holidays and peak fudge season. I like fudge all year round, I don’t limit my fudge experience to the Holidays haha. Enjoy!
