Peach Galette

If you are a fan of peach desserts you have got to give this homemade peach galette recipe a try. It is so easy to make!

Ingredients: peaches, sugar, salt, cornstarch, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and pie crusts.

Mix together the sugar, salt, cornstarch, and cinnamon in a small bowl with a fork or whisk.

Thinly slice the peaches and mix with the dry ingredients and vanilla extract. To make the easy peach galette filling.

Arrange the peach slices overlapping them slightly so it forms kind of a flower in the middle of the pie crust.

Fold the edges over the peach filling. Then brush the pastry with an eggwash. Sprinkle some cinnamon and sugar over the pastry. Ready to be baked!

Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until golden brown. Allow it to cool a few minutes then serve!
