Equipment

  • Food processor or powerful blender

Ingredients

  • 1 cup white granulated sugar 200g
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch 8g

Instructions

  • Add both the white granulated sugar and the cornstarch to the food processor or blender. Replace the lid and blend away. After a while the sugar crystals will get finer and finer.
  • Keep blending and checking the sugar until it becomes powdery. I generally alternate between high speed and medium speed every 30 seconds, but that doesn't really matter. There you have it, homemade powdered sugar.
  • Use this homemade powdered sugar just like you would storebought. Enjoy!
