  • Mixer
  • Bowl
  • Spatula

  • 7 oz marshmallow creme or fluff 198g
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened (226g)
  • 2 tbsp. orange juice or lemon juice optional (30ml)

  • Blend the softened room temperature cream cheese in a medium bowl with a hand mixer or stand mixer. Scrape the sides of the bowl with a spatula.
  • Add in the orange juice or lemon juice, if desired, as well as the marshmallow creme. Blend until smooth. That's it. Enjoy!
  • Make fruit kebabs if you like, with bamboo skewers and your favorite fruit.

If you can't find marshmallow creme/fluff then you can make your own with 2 cups of marshmallows and 1 tbsp. of corn syrup. Melt together in a microwave-safe bowl in the microwave for 25 seconds, then stir, 25 seconds, stir, until melted. It may also be done on the stovetop in a pot.
If you forget to take the cream cheese out of the fridge to soften, you can soften it in the microwave. I use defrost mode for about 45 seconds.
