Preheat the oven to 350 F/176 C. Rinse and dry the Kale really well.
Remove the Kale leaves from the stem and break them up into smaller pieces, about salad size. Place them on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
Drizzle about a tablespoon of olive oil over the kale and then mix them with clean hands so they get evenly coated with the oil. Sprinkle on some salt.
Bake the kale in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes, flipping them over at about 7 to 8 minutes. They should be crispy when they are done. Remove them and allow them to cool for 10 to 15 minutes.
Sprinkle on any seasonings that you may want, more salt, garlic powder, popcorn seasonings, etc. Enjoy!
