Kale Chips

These healthy Kale chips are the perfect snack. They are super crispy too. If you like Kale give these a try!

  • sheet pan
  • Parchment paper or a silicone baking mat
  • Bowl
  • Tongs
  • Cutting board


  • 1 bunch of Kale
  • 1 tbsp. Olive Oil
  • 1/8 tsp salt just a pinch
  • Additional toppings parmesan cheese, garlic powder, ranch popcorn seasonings, etc.


  • Preheat the oven to 350 F/176 C. Rinse and dry the Kale really well.
  • Remove the Kale leaves from the stem and break them up into smaller pieces, about salad size. Place them on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
  • Drizzle about a tablespoon of olive oil over the kale and then mix them with clean hands so they get evenly coated with the oil. Sprinkle on some salt.
  • Bake the kale in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes, flipping them over at about 7 to 8 minutes. They should be crispy when they are done. Remove them and allow them to cool for 10 to 15 minutes.
  • Sprinkle on any seasonings that you may want, more salt, garlic powder, popcorn seasonings, etc. Enjoy!
