1 to 2tspof ground cinnamon2 to 4g

1tbspof butter or oil14g
Dips - maple syrupstrawberry sauce/syrup, chocolate sauce/syrup
Instructions
Add a skillet to the burner and set the heat to medium. Also add the dollop of butter. You may use cooking spray too if you like.
Add the eggs, milk, and a few shakes of ground cinnamon in a medium bowl and whisk together. You can add a bit of vanilla extract too if you like.
Trim the crust off of the bread, or leave it on if you like. then cut it into three "sticks". I like to use thick bread.
Add the sugar to a pie plate or other plate along with the cinnamon and whisk until mixed.
Dip the bread "sticks" into the egg mixture just until each side is coated, don't let them soak very long, otherwise they will get soggy and may fall apart on you.
Now add the sticks to the skillet and brown all sides of it. It will take 4 to 6 minutes or so, total, about a minute per side. Keep turning each side with tongs.
Once cooked, roll them in that cinnamon and sugar mixture. And maybe roll a few in powdered sugar. Serve them with little bowls of syrups, like maple, strawberry, berry, chocolate, etc. Any of your favorite toppings for French Toast. Enjoy!
