Easy Lemon Honey Tea
If you are feeling a bit under the weather maybe this lemon and honey tea will help make you feel better. At the very least it is a tasty warm drink. It may help soothe that sore throat and help with a cough.
Servings: 1 person
- Hot water 8 to 12 ounces
- Juice from half of a lemon you can add more if you like
- 1 to 3 tsp. of honey doesn't have to be exact, just put some in and taste it. :) (5 to 15g)
- 1 Echinacea capsule optional ingredient, great for fighting colds and the flu
Heat up the water in a mug.
Add the lemon juice and Echinacea.
Mix in honey to taste. Enjoy!
